Cancel order
Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases:
– If you have completed the online order but not yet shipped the product you can call 2243028296 and one of our affiliate of internistore.com will take the cancellation of your order
– Upon receiving the product, call us at 210 80 36 700 or contact us via e-mail info@etherealhome.gr explaining why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you about all your options

Returns
You have the right to return products you purchased and ask for a replacement
a) in all cases where a demonstrable fault of ETHEREAL HOME sold the wrong products or poor quality and faulty (wrong in taking the order , the pricing, the shipping , damaged during shipping , poor packaging, etc. . ) and
b ) in all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product ( function or quality ) which covers the product warranty and if the warranty is given by the ETHEREAL HOME. Not included in this provision products covered by guarantees from third parties such as the product manufacturer or his representative.
In all these cases , the customer has the choice either from the outset not to accept receipt of the product or, after delivery, return the product within 15 days from the day of delivery.
In each case, the products must be returned in perfect condition , in the condition received by the customer , complete and undamaged and the packaging of the product is that normally accompanies the product ( to match the IMEI ) and is in excellent condition. If not returned within 20 days then the ETHEREAL HOME can not accept any refund or replacement. In any case, for all the above cases the maximum time for replacement back may not be extended beyond the twenty (20 ) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition , all cases will be the product for replacement, repair needed to be accompanied by all the documents accompanying the product ( eg ITT , Ap Retail etc ) . Before any refund is prior consultation with the online shop of ETHEREAL HOME.
In any case, the refund and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- Contact the same day or next working day with the online store
- The product has not been used
- The product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction ( eg ITT , Ap Retail etc.)
